#

#ReFiBranding

Regenerative Finance. The category classification for $ENB. An emerging Web3 field applying blockchain mechanisms to fund and reward public goods, ecological restoration, and community development. $ENB is always #ReFi — never #DeFi.

$ENBToken

The ticker symbol for the Eco-Neighbor token — the digital currency that powers the Eco-Neighbor ecosystem. Encompasses both ENB.LOCAL (non-tradeable civic reward layer) and ENB.GLOBAL (civic recognition layer, designed to become tradeable post-mainnet subject to PVARA clearance). Always written with a dollar sign prefix.

A

Action CapReputation

The maximum number of verified civic actions a user may submit per day. Currently governance-locked (Category B) at 3. Hard floor: 1. Hard ceiling: 10. Adjustable only via a Type 1 Protocol Governance vote.

Action CategorySubmission

A defined type of civic activity eligible for ENB rewards. Primary categories: Transformation Actions and Reporting Actions. New categories require a Type 2 Ecosystem Governance vote.

After PhotoSubmission

The second photo required for a Transformation Action, taken at least 4 hours after the Before Photo at the same GPS coordinates (within 20 metres drift). Confirms the civic work was completed.

After SubmissionSubmission

Stage B of a Transformation Action — the complete submission package including the After Photo, GPS coordinates, and timestamp, submitted after the 4-hour minimum gap has elapsed.

AI ModerationTechnical

The automated first-pass review of submitted action photos by Gemini 2.0 Flash AI. Uses asymmetric confidence thresholds: auto-approve ≥ 0.65 (set lower to reward genuine civic action freely at the community-building stage) and auto-reject ≥ 0.80 (set higher because a wrongly rejected submission punishes a genuine contributor). Submissions between the two thresholds route to the Human Moderator Queue. Thresholds are recalibrated at 500 active users.

Atomic Burn-and-MintTechnical

The on-chain Solana transaction in which ENB.LOCAL is permanently destroyed and an equivalent quantity of ENB.GLOBAL is simultaneously created in the recipient's Phantom wallet. Used in the Business Liquidity Gate and Maturation Bridge. Total supply is unchanged.

Auto-Replenishment Protocol (ARP)Pool

The automated BPR float management system. Three automatic triggers: (1) In-app message and WhatsApp notification sent to the business owner and the Eco-Neighbor account manager at 40% float — early warning only, no action required. (2) Auto top-up from the Business Partner Reserve at 30% float — fires only if the SWAP log shows verified activity in the last 30 days; flags for human review if no activity (potential fraud). (3) When the total Business Partner Reserve drops below 20% of 1.5 billion ENB, a Type 2 Ecosystem Governance vote is automatically triggered to determine replenishment strategy.

Auto-Tranche SystemToken

The autonomous Solana PDA mechanism that mints a new 10 billion $ENB tranche when the Community Rewards Pool reaches 10% of the current tranche size. Operates with zero human intervention. Introduced in v6.0. Makes the ecosystem permanently self-sustaining. T2+ distribution: CRP 60% / BPR 12% / Liquidity 8% / Dev 5% / Emergency 5% / ENB Operations Fund 10% / FCP 0%.

B

BDRSTechnical

Business Distress and Recovery Score. A composite metric assessing the financial health of registered business partners. A score below the defined threshold triggers an automatic Business Stability Fund disbursement via Squads multi-sig.

Before PhotoSubmission

The first photo required for a Transformation Action, establishing the baseline condition before civic work begins. GPS-locked at moment of capture. Triggers the 4-hour window before the After Photo may be submitted.

Before SubmissionSubmission

Stage A of a Transformation Action — the complete first-stage submission package including the Before Photo, GPS coordinates, and timestamp. Opens the 4-hour timer for the After Submission.

Before/After Verification SystemSubmission

The two-stage photo submission system for Transformation Actions. Before Photo establishes baseline; After Photo (minimum 4 hours later, within 20m GPS drift) confirms completion. Enforced by the Solana smart contract.

BPR FloatPool

The working balance of ENB.LOCAL held by a registered business partner, used to honour SWAP transactions from community members. Managed via the Auto-Replenishment Protocol. ENB.LOCAL only — never ENB.GLOBAL.

BridgeToken

Short form of Maturation Bridge. See Maturation Bridge.

Business Liquidity GateToken

The mechanism by which registered business partners at Pillar Tier earn ENB.GLOBAL through SWAP acceptance. An atomic burn-and-mint transaction: ENB.LOCAL is destroyed and ENB.GLOBAL is minted to the business’s Phantom wallet. Max 50,000 ENB per release, max 6 per year. No lifetime cap.

Business Partner Reserve (BPR)Pool

The pool of 1,500,000,000 ENB.LOCAL (15% of T1) held as working capital for registered business partners. ENB.LOCAL only — never ENB.GLOBAL. Cannot be withdrawn. No market value outside the platform.

Business Stability FundPool

A Community Treasury sub-pools that receives Community Treasury sub-pool receiving 2% of every SWAP transaction. Disbursed to business partners via BDRS-triggered Squads multi-sig events to prevent partner exit during financial distress. Separate from the 10% ENB Operations Fund stream. Part of the 6.7% Community Treasury group (2% BSF + 1.3% Market Making + 1.3% Insurance + 2% Reserve Buffer).

The pool of ENB.LOCAL exclusively reserved for verified civic action rewards. Sacred and immutable rule: CRP is never used for any other purpose — not CGR bonuses, not tier rewards, not BPR replenishment. T1: 5,000,000,000 ENB (50%). T2+: 60% of each new tranche.

Community TreasuryPool

The 10% contribution on every SWAP transaction that routes to five sub-pools: Business ENB.GLOBAL via Business Liquidity Gate (3.3%), Business Stability Fund (2%), Market Making & Liquidity (1.3%), Insurance & Incident Pool (1.3%), Reserve Buffer (2%). Zero value is destroyed — all is recycled.

Conversion CapToken

The 25% lifetime maximum of a wallet’s Eligible Conversion Pool (ECP) that may ever be converted to ENB.GLOBAL via the Maturation Bridge. The ECP is tokens individually aged 365+ days, minus prior bridge conversions. Lifetime — not annual. Maximum 2 conversion events with a minimum 3-year gap. The system in which two independent moderators review the same submission without any knowledge of each other's verdict. Prevents collusion. Disagreements are escalated to the Escalation Queue for admin final determination.

Dual-Layer ArchitectureToken

The core $ENB design separates ENB.LOCAL (non-tradeable community utility) from ENB.GLOBAL (civic recognition layer, designed to become tradeable post-mainnet subject to PVARA clearance). The layers are permanently isolated — speculation in ENB.GLOBAL cannot destroy the local purchasing power of ENB.LOCAL.

E

Emergency ReservePool

The pool (500,000,000 ENB, 5% of T1; 5% of T2+) held in Squads multi-sig for Tier 1 technical emergencies and Tier 2 off-chain existential crises. CRP depletion is not a trigger — the Auto-Tranche System handles that independently.

ENB DNABranding

ENB Operations FundFinance

The operational and administrative fund that sustains Eco-Neighbor as a running organisation. Funded by two streams: (1) Option A — 10% of every T2+ auto-tranche, autonomous and perpetual; (2) Option B — 10% of every SWAP transaction as ENB.GLOBAL direct to the ENB Operations Fund wallet, active from Day 1 of first SWAP. Controlled by the Founding Team under a three-tier expenditure protocol (Routine ≤50K ENB, Significant 50K–500K ENB, Major >500K ENB). Permitted uses: salaries, legal, marketing, operations, software, grants, compliance. Never used for CRP/BPR replenishment, token buybacks, or personal benefit.

ENB-CSU BasketTechnical

The canonical basket used as a local purchasing power benchmark for ENB.LOCAL: 2 Roti/Nan + a single plate of lentils (daal) + 1 cup of chai — a full meal for a working person. used as an informal local purchasing power benchmark for ENB.LOCAL — 1,000 $ENB pegged conceptually to this basket. Illustrates how ENB.LOCAL stays meaningful to daily-wage workers regardless of ENB.GLOBAL market price.

Type 1 Governance VoteReputation

Protocol Governance. The highest-authority governance layer in $ENB, deciding changes to smart contract parameters, vesting conditions, Maturation Bridge mechanics, and any rule with systemic economic consequences. How a vote is initiated: any eligible voter may propose via the governance module; a 90-day public notice period begins immediately. Eligible voters: Founder Tier members (100,000+ Rep Score) and named founding contributors with active vesting on Streamflow — no others. Decision criteria: 75% supermajority of all eligible voters who participate; vote fails if quorum is not reached. Execution: multi-sig with external auditor sign-off; non-retroactive application only. Security patches, bug fixes, and technical maintenance are explicitly excluded — these are team obligations, never governance votes.
